Necrons - Round 3... or was it 4?

So I've been out of the loop for a while and not really keeping up with going on with the game in the club or on the web. So, I thought I should see what I could find on the rumor front.

It would seem more info on the next phase of the Necron awakening is under way.
And like many of the 5th edition codex the units & upgrades are retooled into following a fluff based theme for the given army.
