Sorry to say

My body took a toll on me this weekend. Although I had a lot of fun in Baltimore at Games Day my body did not. I think that I am going to have to spend a bit of time recovering from the trip. I hope to feel better sooner than later but right now the ride and the trip has left me too sore to function. I am going to take a short break for a week and hopefully I will feel better. I am going to try to stay off my feet until Saturday to see if the rest will help. I am going to see how it goes the next few days. Until then, I will see you later.
