Games Day Money Due

The time is closing in, Games Day is Less than 2 months away.

Time to kick it into high gear & finish what needs to be done.

On That note it is also time for those who are going to make sure you have bought your ticket & get your room money to me (Mitton) No Later than Thursday July 29th.

The combined room fee (Friday & Saturday night) per person is $75

However there are currently 1 empty room slots (remember there will be 4 people per room).
If that does not change, we will have to split the cost between us.
I will keep everyone up to date on room status!

If there is anyone I missed or you want to be added...
1) Get a ticket! (Order your ticket online from the GW site)
2) Tell Mitton or Post here that you're going. (We have car space for 4-5 more)
3) Pay for your room (Only the first 3 & those already listed will be guaranteed the $75 rooms. All others will be responsible for finding their own Hotel/rooms)

I want in. I will go. I can either write you a check for it or get cash for you either way. Ordered my GD ticket today. I cannot drive so I will need to be a passenger.

I would also like to come, i am going to be getting my ticket within the next two days and can get you the 75 dollers for the room this thursday or next thursday. I am also a passenger.
