ok heres a leadership/ fearless question!

if i took an HQ choice who is in fact fearless and put him in a squad who is not fearless... wut do i do about morale and leadership checks... i know the rule is u take the highest leadership but wut if the highest leadership is also fearless... im confuzled!

In the rulebook on page 75 under the heading of "Fearless" it states: "This special rule is gained by any independent character joining a fearless unit. [b]However, as long as a fearless character stays with a unit that is not fearless, he loses this special rule.[b]" I hope this helps.
