Random Scenarios

Evening Fellow Gamers,
Mission/Deployment:
This mission is to test the worth of your Heroes and Veterans of all sorts. Both sides will deploy using spear head formation, deploying up to 2 HQ's and 1 Elite if desired. That which is not deployed may be held back and comes in first turn as reserves. The player that can reduce both enemy HQ's wounds to zero first wins.
Force Organization:
MAX PTS..... 750pts a side
Mandatory... 2 HQ Choices, and 1 Elite Choices
Optional...... 2 additional Elite Choices
No unit in this scenario may have an armor value, Although units for example, a Dreadknought, are more then worthy they have already proven worth to there chapter and are to valued to be let go. This also means no transports even if a unit allows a dedicated transport, it is only suiting to see how clever and resourceful these men are without a ride and in cover.
Setup:
Use a 4'x4' table, this can be a thick jungle, a huge tunnel system, or dense city, whatever the case the table must have at least 8 pieces of decent sized terrain, or 10 smaller sized terrain features.
As we fall from the skies and crush our foes, we seek those worthy of our honor, do you have the will to serve the Emperor or will you fail like so many have before you.
As High Marshal Of the Black Templars, I here by challenge those who wish to fight amongst our ranks!

Since we can only take Elites...are the Force Organizations and Army Restrictions still in effect?

They are indeed if i'm understanding you correctly, how ever we can debate this tonight for more clarity.
