It all started a year ago...

The O-Zone will be celebrating it's first birthday in May. I want to take a moment to say thank you to each and everyone of you. It's all of you, the gamers, that make the club and Comix Zone a success. Each one of you brings your own unique personality and qualities to the club. Bryan and I never imagined a year ago that any of this was possible. So, please, feel free to take a moment to recall some of your favorite events over the past year.

Let's have a great month in May and go forward into year 2.

In honor of our Anniversary the O-Zone will be rolling our a few new things this summer! You may have heard a few things in passing but I not going to spill everything just quite yet.

I will let everyone know that as part of our Anniversary this May we will be having a 50/50 Raffle for Store credit. Tickets will be available from Chuck & Bryan during the month of May. (Neither Chuck or Myself are allowed to enter the raffle.)

But that's NOT All!

Greg, (the owner of Comix Zone) has offered to MATCH the prize.
That's DOUBLE in STORE CREDIT

Great to see the club growing as it has. Being accepted at games days is certainly an epic acheivement. I would like to thank Chuck and Bryan for the websites that allow all of us to set up games, see if others have bits or trades or just to sit back and enjoy some of the banter that takes place on some of the posts. Here's looking forward to the next year and many more.

WOO! lucky 13's!... pizza!... 10 minute chicken!... the releases of the tryanids, space wolves, blood angels, and maybe a couple other codexes... and finally all the new faces that keep the game not only alive but thriving!!!

I personally will never forget the look on certain ppls faces when I first started coming around the club looking for games... It was like they never saw a Puerto Rican from the Bronx before... Mike prolly thought I was gonna hold up the store or steal something lol... None the less u guys befriended me and I am proud to call all u guys my friends, some of which I consider family... I look forward to many years of gaming with u guys...

I think everyone is missing the most important thing that happened last year when O-Zone was getting started: I SHOWED UP!
